hello and welcome legacyfan ,
thank you for posting this here.
i assume install is just by running the certificate installer.bat.
two questions though ...
does the bat file also work with the files in the "crl root certificate files" folder ?
what does this bring to windows xp after using the cert updater 1.6 ?

this brings the official certificates normal in windows 7 and downports them to older windows so even older windows will have modern certificates
