How can I bypass the boot agent on a Toshiba laptop

OH, I get it. You're lowering the discussion's technical level.

I hate to tell you this, but the problem is solved. I cheated and used a non-techie solution. I figured three weeks was enough and went down to the local computer club and borrowed an original Toshiba restore disk. The clubs around here are actually pretty good since I live next to Redmond.

I enjoyed working with you on this one and look forward to next one. If you ever get up here, remember you have a friend in Seattle.

well I am glad the issue got solved, :) and thanks, I have family in Eugene Oregon, so if I ever get home I might be close enough to visit, :)
