What I can't understand is the articles say it is seven times lighter than air, so: WHY DOES IT NOT FLOAT AND ASCEND THROUGH THE ATMOSPHERE AS WOULD A BALLOON FILLED WITH HYDROGEN?

seemed rather simplistic (or boring was the right word). Can't have something as complex as a
maneuverable hypersonic nuclear warhead look like some sort of giant plant seed.

wrong during a test launch:
