Hi
i do some volunteering helping the blind with simple computer and home technology issues. I was asked to help someone who is visually impaired, when the cursor passes over a link it changes to a white hand as is the norm, this white on white hand becomes invisible to them. Is there a setting to stop this or to change it to black ?
 
if you go to start, all programs, accessories, accessibility , and choose the accessibility wizard, you can change how the cursor looks, this should help as the cursor would then be different color.
