Stuck on BSOD 07b

Moved this post from 'Installation' forum.

Hello. Hope someone's listening. I have an XP Home system that suddenly is giving me BSOD 07b error. Two internal SATA drives, call them C and E. I originally had and ran on only drive C. Thought it was going bad (chkdsk errors), so I bought another SATA drive and cloned C to it (E). E then became my C drive. Have been running on it for some time. Then it started to give the BSOD error. I can't boot to it but I can still boot to my original C drive.

I've tried every which way to recover E but no luck. I've tried to slipstream driver to Windows Install Disk, with various drivers that I downloaded from SIS, The MB is ASUS P4S800D-X and here's what cpu-z says:
Chipset SiS 655TX
Southbridge SiS 964
LPCIO Winbound W83627THF

None of the SiS drivers that I downloaded work. The Windows Set-up program does not see the SATA drives. I can go on from hre but I'd appreciate any help.

Thanks.
