Quick tutorial

Hi,
Just signed up with XP Forums. Was greeted with a message offering a tutorial for posting questions, etc. Was taken to https://www.xpforums.com/help/how-to
and got this message instead.

I hope this is just a temporary problem. I would like to know how to navigate the website before going further. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
 
The admins performed an upgrade of the forum software and some content was lost in the process. You already figured how to post messages and most if it is self-explanatory. Some help is available here:
