Question about a Mystery feature(s) on my XP ISO installation.

XP Vista.JPG
So on the custom ISO. I have a right click option, when over a file to "Run Vista Executable" or "Patch and Run [as] Vista Executable". This is the Windows XP Professional ISO I have. I have several unique R-Click Features as well. My question is- this. Is this an actual program or a Reg Mod I have here? Cause I don't see anything in the programs list. Also has a Image Converter/Send to/Copy to.. [Which I added the latter 2] The Image converter came with this ISO.

I've made several cool .reg mods into executables. Its so much easier to right click than to enter into control panel and the like.
The exe I mentioned are to install the .reg mods with any installing issues. But I dont know how they got the run Vista functions. Who''s got the answer :) Thanks!

My guess would be that this is a special XP ISO updated with newer versions of certain system files designed for Windows Vista, which as a result gives it some Vista functionality. It would help if you can tell us more about specifically what ISO you're using, because there are many custom XP versions out there!
