Hi, guys. Situation is next. I live in Ukraine, i refused to serve in army and court punished me - arrested (blocked) my cards. Which banks in other countries could make for me bank card and send to me with postal service? Anyone knows some good offshore banks that are able to fix my problem? I really need a card to get cash... Maybe, in your country is some bank that can take my request and documents scans remotely and make card for me?
P.S. I cannot leave Ukraine, our stupid government forbade to men leaving country...
