Help me make a WinToUSB, please.

I used Acer Aspire M5700 for playing music for years. The PC started having start issues, most times did not start the PC. I changed its PSU & MB & tried to reinstall Win 7. Something happened, the HDD was burnt , literally burnt. Then, BIOS has no HDD info, & Windows installer could not find any driver. I could not install Windows 7.

I still have my Win XP install CDs. I want to make a WinToUSB & use this to run M5700 machine. Have to make it on another PC, my wife's computer. Now I am faced with a question. Can Windows XP be made to a WinToUSB on a Windows 10 PC?

I haven't any personal experience with wintousb, but the first link says it can do xp you would have to download and read the instructions for making an xp bootable usb.

Don't want to make it now. Just found out, M5700 now does not read USB ports. Anything inserted into a USB port is not recognized, and thus not functioning.

Appreciate your help.
