We have just resurrected a desktop Dell. Have misplaced/forgotten Administrator password. "Hint" is there but has not helped. Is there a way to recover access to Administrator Status? The two user accounts work just fine. This is a personal home computer. Thanks in advance.

pull the cmos battery for five minutes, and/or there is a jumper pin somewhere on your board, pull that for five minutes, you would have to look at the specs on your pc to find out where it is located
