Endlessly repeating update

I installed the 'Security Update for Windows XP (KB2862330)', it said it was installed successfully. I restarted the computer as indicated, and upon the reboot, the little shield icon came up in the tray again, to install the same update. I installed it again, same deal. Tried it one more time, still no joy.

Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this? It's fairly obnoxious...
